Chef Brian Massie’s menu fuses inspired international cuisine with fine dining elements, focusing mainly on small plates and simply grilled top-quality fish, meat and poultry. Perfect for a quick bite before a night out or a full meal shared with friends, STACK is sure to impress the most seasoned of palates and satisfy even the most finicky of diners. Notable menu items include: Hot Rocks, thinly sliced sirloin prepared tableside; Mini Lamb Gyros with a delicious cucumber yogurt sauce; Crispy Rock Shrimp with two delectable sauces; Ultimate Kobe “Stacked” Burger, 10oz Kobe beef, crispy onion ring, Vermont cheddar, special sauce; and the Ultimate Surf & Turf, 2lb Maine stuffed lobster and 40oz porter steak with choice of two sides and sauces.
